Franck Perez (Institut Curie) and I have recently edited a volume of Methods in Cell Biology relating to Methods for the Analysis of Golgi Complex Functions. This includes chapters from renowned experts in biochemistry, bioimaging, and model organism work as it relates to the study of membrane traffic and particularly the Golgi. This should be available from December 2013 from the publisher and other good booksellers.
